Stability Data
Stability "stress" tests
Stability "stress" tests were performed with Liquid Plate SealerŽ using a monoclonal antibody.
Coated microtiter plates were stabilized with either Liquid Plate SealerŽ or immunoassay stabilizers obtained from competitors. The antibody-coated microtiter plates were dried and placed at 45°C. Percent retained activity was determined by comparing the activity of the aged antibody-coated microtiter plates to that of freshly coated plates.
After 66 days incubation at 45°C with Liquid Plate SealerŽ the monoclonal antibody retained greater than 85% activity.
